Tiger’s Jaw, The Democracy Center, Cambridge, MA 2/26/12

TJ played a show at the tiny Democracy Center to support H.E.L.L. (Helping Everyone Live Longer), a Boston-based organization that gives free bicycle helmets to riders in the city, promoting safety. As you can imagine, the place went buck.

Mutemath, House of Blues, Boston, 12/9/11

Matt and Kim, House of Blues Boston, 12/9/11

Probably one of the most fun performances I’ve been to. I will let these pictures do the talking though. I also got to give a huge Canon-L a whirl. Amazing.

Native Wildlife, Allston, MA, 12/4/11

The homies in Native Wildlife played a dusty/smelly basement in Allston. It was some crazy stuff. Check out their page, they are recording soon, and should be in your earbuds in no time.  I decided to make these look cool.

Baths, 12/1/11, Middle East Downstairs, Boston, MA

This guy is amazing. After seeing him a while back, I decided to shoot his next east coast tour. You really have to listen to it yourself to realize how talented Baths is. Also it was super dark, aperture is wide open at 2.0.

Touche’ Amore, Middle East Upstairs, Boston, MA 11/30/11. The lighting was so low, and the show so local-ish, I busted out the flash. These kind of shots always look better in black and white. They killed it as well.

SuperVolcano, Newton, MA, (w/ Moving Mountains) 11/17/11

Check these guys out they are wild as hell. Amazing musicians.

Moving Mountains played a little floor show at a college outside of Boston. I headed out there, chilled and snapped these. Amazing band. Got an orange pressing of Waves. Some of them came out looking all 90’s-y. 11/17/11.

A quick portrait I snapped of the guys in Moving Mountains. They played a tiny little floor show for like 20 people, and it was amazing. Great guys, phenomenal music. 11/17/11
